These Welcome Package Terms and Conditions apply to customers who claim the offer after 09:59 GMT on 16th March 2026. If you claimed the offer before this date and require a copy of the terms and conditions which apply to you then please contact us.

This offer is available to new and eligible customers only. You must opt in to the €365 redeemable bonus and Reward Packages within 60 days of registering your bet365 account. You can see a full list of your available offers by logging in and selecting the Offers section. bet365 maintains a record of customer contact in relation to eligibility for offers and this record, including the date and time of any restrictions being imposed, will be final in the event of any dispute.

After activating your redeemable bonus, you will become eligible to earn Status Points which are accumulated at a rate of 10 for every €1 paid in rake and/or tournament fees. You can track the number of Status Points you've accumulated in the Bonus section of the poker software.

The €365 redeemable bonus will be transferred to your balance in €1 instalments for every 50 Status Points earned. Any unredeemed part of your bonus expires after 60 days of activation.

Upon logging in to the poker software for the first time, you will be able to select either the Silver or Gold Reward Package. You will have 60 days in order to opt in to your chosen Reward Package and complete the corresponding mission. All play prior to opting in to your chosen package will not count towards mission completion.

Your selected package’s mission can only be completed once per player. Once the mission has been completed, you will receive the corresponding rewards. Rewards for completing your package’s mission can be found in the Missions section of the poker software and in the Package Mission Breakdown table above.

After activating your redeemable bonus, you will receive a Daily Reward Card each day you play a Twister tournament at any buy-in level, up to seven days. All prizes awarded from Daily Reward Cards can be found in the Daily Reward Card Prize Table above.

All Daily Reward Cards earned from playing a Twister tournament are credited to your account immediately and can be viewed by clicking on the prize wheel icon at the top of the poker software. If unused, Daily Reward Cards expire three days after being issued. All cash prizes awarded from the Daily Reward Cards are credited to your account immediately.

Free Blinds awarded from Daily Reward Cards and/or mission completion must be used on a bet365 Poker table that has blinds of the same value. Where available, the Free Blinds will be used automatically whenever the player posts a blind of the corresponding value. Free Blinds can be found in the Tickets section of the poker software. Any winnings from Free Blinds as a result of winning a hand will be automatically credited and can be withdrawn at your discretion. If unused, Free Blinds expire three days after issue.

General tournament tickets earned from mission completion can be used to enter tournaments with a corresponding buy-in. Tickets can be found in the Tickets section of the poker software and, if unused, will expire three days after being credited to your account.

Not all tables are guaranteed to be available on all platforms during the promotional period.

Any prize/bonus amounts offered will be calculated using the current currency exchange rate as determined at the sole discretion of bet365.

bet365 may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typos or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel or restrict this promotion for legal, regulatory or technical reasons.

bet365 reserves the right to refuse payment to any player who is found colluding or soft playing. In addition, where a player's account is frozen or they are excluded from the poker room for whatever reason, the player will be removed from all aspects of this promotion.

Play on poker-related casino games, including but not limited to, Casino Poker, Video Poker and Table & Card Games, is not eligible for this offer. Only real money Poker games contribute towards completion of this offer.

Where any term of the offer is breached or there is evidence of a series of wagers placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 may reclaim the bonus or enhanced payment element of such offer, void any wager funded through the offer and/or remove any winnings from such wager. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, bet365 may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the bonus or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against that activity.

bet365 may reclaim any bonus amount that has been awarded in error.

All customer offers are limited to one per person. If bet365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus or offer is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people then it may withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to that customer or group of customers and/or void any wager funded by the bonus and remove any winnings from such wager.

Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
